The first-year liaison position for the BCITMA can be a daunting task. Having to balance a busy class schedule as well as adapting to a new environment – why would anyone want to dedicate their time to this position? Well quite frankly, to help out their fellow first-year cohort!
The first-year liaisons act as a medium or bridge between the first-year marketing students and the BCITMA. Their role is to increase the two-way communication between the club and student body.
After speeches presented by numerous qualified and exemplary first-year liaison applicants, our newly decided BCITMA first year liaisons are Adrianna St. Denis and Lisa Baronit! They have shown the MA great enthusiasm and drive by being as involved as possible. They have shown no signs of stress while being incredibly busy with their school schedules as well as their extracurricular activities. These two amazing ladies are showing a great amount of success to come with representing the BCITMA. We are excited to see how they progress as students and as leaders among the first-year students.
Without further ado, here is the interview with two amazing, yet different individuals!

Adrianna and Lisa were both interesting and extra fun to interview. They seem to share a lot of qualities as they both are great friends, but also are unique in what they are able to bring to the club moving forward. After having an amazing conversation with both we believe that they are going to continue to shine and be the best first-year representatives the club may have ever had.
