Similar to UBC, but substantially better, BCIT will be having its second annual FroshFest on September 6th in the tennis courts from 1-6pm. While this isn’t a BCITMA event, it’s a fine occasion to meet students from the broad range of programs offered at the school. The event features classical jazz music, glasses of chardonnay, high carb foods, prizes like new cars/boats/houses, vaudeville dancing, and good times.
Pre-sale tickets are $12, or 2.67 days BCIT parking, and you can purchase them from all of the BCITMA execs, the Stands and the BCITSA Student Execs, including former marketing student and talented DJ Rocks’Cream, otherwise known as Jay Jung.
